Imagine walking outside and seeing someone smiling from head to toe taking photos of flowers…

Imagine no longer.

That was me today.

I can’t help it!

How can you not smile when you look around and see nothing but beautiful flowers & white stone?

Well

If you’re not into smiling at nature…

I know something that will tickle your fancy.

Pancakes for dinner.

Yes,

You heard me.

No pancake mixes here.

I’m talking about cinnamon dark chocolate chunk banana whole wheat pancakes topped with organic carob peanut butter.

Dinner at 10:00pm?

That’s okay.

Food this good is worth the 30 minute walk to the market wait ;)

Yum.

Stack of pancakes?

Yes Please.

Because everything tastes better when covered in carob peanut butter.

I really love to munch peanut butter because of its sweet and nutty taste. Peanut butter with large peanut chunks are the best. .,:.*

    Till next time

Carob peanut butter? That sounds interesting. Single serving recipe for pancakes is awfully dangerous. What a great dinner idea though!
