Healthy is a lifestyle not a diet.
A perfect example of this is your mindset.
Someone was describing how their favorite cereal is Frosted Flakes. They were shocked to find out that my Mom never stocked our pantry with sugar cereals.
Because their just sugar cereals.
My Mom would also not let me take spoons full of sugar, although we are big fans of Mary Poppins!
Struggling to think of a healthy and nutritious breakfast on the fly?
My sister loved coming downstairs to this beauty of a breakfast waiting for her.
A toasted whole wheat waffle topped with organic salted crunchy peanut butter and a drizzle of grade A maple syrup with a side of freshly cut strawberries.
Sounds a bit more nutritious than an egg mcmuffin with a side of hashbrowns…
it will give you energy instead of slowing you down!
