Oh So Fancy – Nutrition at its Best

My go-to compliment to an impressive (and delicious looking) dish is this is so fancy!

But,

What really makes a dish fancy?

Expensive ingredients?

Hours and hours of work?

Plating?

Of course, those things can help a dish be fancy, but their not necessary.

Real food has so much natural color and flavor – not overcooking & adding in a countless number of ingredients and spices…

Well,

 that can be a challenge.

As the saying goes “less is more.”

Especially when trying to incorporate healthy eating, let the food shine.

Not only is your meal delicious, but it is also beautiful.

Yes,

I believe  food can be beautiful.

And,

Eating healthy can enhance your beautiful life.

Oh, nutrition can be so fancy.
