My go-to compliment to an impressive (and delicious looking) dish is this is so fancy!
What really makes a dish fancy?
Hours and hours of work?
Of course, those things can help a dish be fancy, but their not necessary.
Real food has so much natural color and flavor – not overcooking & adding in a countless number of ingredients and spices…
As the saying goes “less is more.”
Especially when trying to incorporate healthy eating, let the food shine.
I believe food can be beautiful.
